probierz incident reopen

Open a resolved incident again, saying why its resolution did not hold.

Invocation#

Shell
probierz incident reopen --note <NOTE> <ID>

Required inputs and options#

  • `<id>` and `--note` are required; the note says why the recorded repair did not hold. `PROBIERZ_ACTOR` names who reopened it.

Output and state effects#

Appends one reopening line naming the incident, the time, the actor and the note, under the same lock as resolution, so the incident reads open again without rewriting its history.

Exact refusals#

  • The parser requires `--note`; a blank note is refused as `--note must say why the resolution did not hold`.
  • An unknown identifier: `no incident <id> in <path>`.
  • An incident that is open: `<id> is open; only a resolved incident can be reopened`, and nothing is appended.
