probierz remote cancel

Cancel the original Stado job and retain its cancellation record, logs, source identity, and available evidence.

probierz remote cancel [JOB_ID]

Required inputs and options#

  • A canonical `job-` identifier, the original Stado host, and a non-empty operator reason are required.
  • The reason is retained locally; Stado's machine cancellation API receives the job ID.

Output and state effects#

Writes a distinct cancellation attempt under `test-results/.remote/cancellations/<jobId>/` with the request, original status, cancellation receipt, and canonical log pages. Available worker evidence remains under `test-results/.remote/<jobId>/`. Successful cancellation and required evidence retention exit 0 with `cancellationSucceeded: true`, while the cancelled evaluation remains `state: "cancelled"` and `passed: false`. Failed cancellation or missing required evidence exits nonzero.

Exact refusals#

  • Missing `--host` or `--reason`, unknown options, unexpected arguments, and valueless flags are refused before cancellation.
  • A non-canonical job ID, unknown Stado host, empty or NUL-containing reason, unreadable original status, invalid cancellation receipt, log failure, or missing required worker evidence prevents `cancellationSucceeded: true`.
